Player Expression of Interest (EOI) – Trials

Volleyball NT is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from athletes wishing to trial for selection in Northern Territory teams for the AYVC 2026, to be held in Perth.

Key Championship Dates

• Sunday, 20 September – Day 1

• Monday, 21 September – Day 2

• Tuesday, 22 September – Day 3

• Wednesday, 23 September – Day 4

• Thursday, 24 September – Day 5

• Friday, 25 September – Day 6

Competition Venues

• Bendat Basketball Centre – 201 Underwood Avenue, Floreat WA 6014 

• Gold Netball Centre – 200 Selby Street, Jolimont WA 6014

Eligible Age Groups – AYVC 2026

• Under 14 – Born 2013 or later

• Under 15 – Born 2012

• Under 16 – Born 2011

• Under 17 – Born 2010

• Under 18 – Born 2009

Registration Requirement

Participants must be a current registered member of Volleyball NT. Membership can be completed through the official Volleyball NT Membership registration process.

Trial Information

AYVC Trial Dates and Venues as follows:

• Alice Springs: Sunday 19 April 2026, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  Venue: St Philip’s College

Travel Information

• NT team travel dates will be finalised and communicated at a later stage.

Commitment & Costs

• Estimated Cost: Approximately $3,500 (covering competition and travel) plus the cost of the uniform.

• Training: Selected athletes must commit to weekly training sessions scheduled by coaches to prepare for the championships.

• Travel: Team travel dates will be finalized and communicated at a later stage.

Purpose of This EOI

This form will help Volleyball NT to:

• Confirm athlete eligibility and correct age group

• Estimate trial numbers

• Plan trial locations and scheduling

• Share important updates regarding trials and selection
