Volleyball Northern Territory requires international participants to gain the approval of their country of origin to play in any sanctioned Volleyball Australia events. 

The International Transfer process must be initiated by the relevant player via this application form.

The International Transfer process is:

• Player initiates international transfer process via form
• VNT will set up on FIVB system
• Country of Origin receives the request and responds
• Volleyball Australia receives the request and responds
• FIVB responds
• All parties receive the approved certificate

Note – VNT will not be liable for any International Transfer fee or fine required from the Country of Origin

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for this process to take place due to various stakeholders involved and any clarification needing to take place. 

Only once Volleyball NT receives the ITC will the process be complete and the player is eligible to play.
